Here are some answers to the questions you might have upon looking through my pages.
Why are you increasing your prices?!
Yes, it feels like everyone is doing this, but more scary is how many amazing local businesses are closing their doors this holiday season. I almost dread hopping into Instagram anymore, worried I'll see another local Tacoma business posting goodbye. Thankfully this isn't my sole income, nor do I have a storefront to maintain. I can go to markets when I need and skip if I need too.
With that being said, the cost of materials has increased and without increasing my own prices I will become a volunteer giving away my products, something that isn't sustainable. Therefore starting in the new year, Jan. 2026, all products will be increasing in price by about 2-3 dollars. So not a huge increase but something that allows me to maintain the business and continue to do something I love. If you have any more questions feel free to reach out! Thanks!
Response Time
I emailed you a couple days ago, why haven't I heard from you?! During the weeks, I daylight as a 3D art teacher. My students are my priority and I give a lot of support and energy to them. Therefore it might be a couple days before you see a response. Please give me at least 3 business days to get back to you!
Fulfillment Timeline
Teaching during the week, my priority lies with my students, therefore I will have items shipped within 7 days. My goal is always sooner but I won't risk haphazardly packaged ceramics because I was in a rush. Your item(s) are too important!
Shipping Policy
Shipping is included in all prices!
Currently I only ship in the US through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number when your order is on its way!
If your package is delayed or lost please reach out to USPS with the tracking number provided. All packages are shipped with insurance and it is your responsibility to file a claim if needed.
Return Policy
Once you receive your item(s) you have 7 days to request a return. You can email me directly at dancingmushroomceramics@gmail.com or contact me below. Stickers are final sale.
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition, unused. If the item(s) aren't returned in the original condition any refund may be reduced accordingly.
It is the buyers responsibility for the return postage cost and the items must be returned in 30 days.
You will be refunded, when your return is received.
Damage
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item(s) have been broken in the mail. All damages must be photographed and reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. Feel free to reach out to me at dancingmushroomceramics@gmail.com or the contact box below.
