Here are some answers to the questions you might have upon looking through my pages.

Response Time

I emailed you a couple days ago, why haven't I heard from you?! During the weeks, I daylight as a 3D art teacher. My students are my priority and I give a lot of support and energy to them. Therefore it might be a couple days before you see a response. Please give me at least 3 business days to get back to you!

Fulfillment Timeline

Teaching during the week, my priority lies with my students, therefore I will have items shipped within 7 days. My goal is always sooner but I won't risk haphazardly packaged ceramics because I was in a rush. Your item(s) are too important!

Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in all prices!

Currently I only ship in the US through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number when your order is on its way!

If your package is delayed or lost please reach out to USPS with the tracking number provided. All packages are shipped with insurance and it is your responsibility to file a claim if needed. 

Return Policy

Once you receive your item(s) you have 7 days to request a return. You can email me directly at dancingmushroomceramics@gmail.com or contact me below. Stickers are final sale.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition, unused. If the item(s) aren't returned in the original condition any refund may be reduced accordingly.

It is the buyers responsibility for the return postage cost and the items must be returned in 30 days.

You will be refunded, when your return is received. 

Damage

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item(s) have been broken in the mail. All damages must be photographed and reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. Feel free to reach out to me at dancingmushroomceramics@gmail.com or the contact box below.
